<scp>Internationalization–Industrial</scp> output nexus: Evidence from 15 <scp>late‐industrialized</scp> economies

The paper empirically examines the internationalization-output nexus in 15 late-industrialized countries from 1976 to 2018 using fixed and random effects techniques. findings reveal that trade openness negatively impacts industrial output, while labor force shows a positive statistically significant impact. Domestic investment education show negligible insignificant negative on respectively. Investment is supposedly incurring zero marginal productivity of capital as it high excess labor. In nutshell, bias. Furthermore, bias terms complex skill requirements production prevents entry less-skilled force. Given these outcomes, we conclude incremental capital-output ratio (ICOR) needs be tested find out additional intricate issues involved investment. Besides, comparative advantage less skilled underutilized. To overcome this, policymakers should ensure absorption such semi-skilled human capital. This requires removing reasonable extent without damaging output generation. Hence, study suggested nations may use potential speed-up long-term development by enhancing through training, technical know-how, etc., attain sustainable development.
